Serge Koussevitsky Studied with: Josef Rambousek who was Professor of Double Bass at the Moscow Philharmonic Music School.

Played for: Imperial Orchestra in Moscow, Soloist, Professor of Double Bass at the Moscow Philharmonic Music School, Conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Instruments:  Amati made in 1611 which was later given to Gary Karr by Koussevitsky's widow.
